3日後から次期法王を決めるためのコンクラーベという会議が行われます。
枢機卿たちが集まって、誰かが3分の2の得票を得るまで投票を繰り返します。
世襲とかじゃないんですね～なかなか民主的ですね！

反日デモ

中国や韓国で反日感情が高まっています。
中国ではデモによって大使館が破壊されたりの被害も出ているようです。
日本製品のボイコットを求める声もあります。
教科書問題、竹島問題などさまざまな問題が大きく報道され、
反日感情はさらに強くなってきているように感じられます。
しかし、本当に反日感情は高まっているのでしょう？
私たちがテレビで中国で日本に対するデモが起こっているのを見るとしましょう。
そうすれば、私たちは嫌な気分になりますよね。
憎しみや敵対心を持つかもしれません。
デモを起こしている連中が中国国民の一部であったとしても、
私たちは中国という国全体に対して敵対心を持ってしまうかもしれませんね。
そう考えると報道の力は恐ろしいものです。
報道機関は真実を伝えるために存在するはずです。
しかし、上のようにデモが起こっている様子だけ流すと、
